Job summary

WSLR is seeking an Executive: Campaigns to own end-to-end influencer campaign execution in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and briefing creators, ensuring timely content delivery, growing our creator network and delivering post-campaign analyses.

You will negotiate deals, manage budgets, maintain timelines, and work closely with content and client teams to drive breakthrough creator content on Instagram and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube content.
• A good network of creators who create high value content across categories.
• 2+ years of experience leading campaign strategy, content and execution.

About this role

As an Executive: Campaigns, you are expected to run and own end to end campaign execution and do the following things:

• identify, close, brief creators and ensure timely delivery of content for campaigns
• build and grow our inhouse creator network
• build post campaign reports and overviews
• be on a lookout for the next breakthrough creator and content on Instagram + YouTube
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
• Negotiate deals, manage budgets and keep timelines on track.
• Work closely with content and client teams
