Digital Planet is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to identify suitable influencers, plan campaigns, and oversee content development. You will manage outreach, brief creators, and ensure deliverables align with brand objectives and timelines.

Formación

Role & responsibilities

• Identifying and evaluating suitable influencers, managing outreach and negotiations, and coordinating ongoing collaborations.
• The specialist will plan and execute influencer campaigns, brief creators, oversee content development, and ensure deliverables align with brand objectives and timelines.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing engagement metrics, preparing reports, and optimizing strategies for better results.
• Close collaboration with internal marketing, creative, and client teams to maintain strong relationships and consistent brand messaging.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media campaigns, and digital marketing strategy.
• Skills in campaign planning, content briefing, and coordinating content creation with influencers.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills for working with influencers and clients.
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and current influencer trends.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency or influencer marketing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
