Job summary

Konnect Consultants Kota is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer to manage and grow the industrial client base across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will excel in B2B industrial sales, client relationship management, and providing effective product solutions for welding electrodes, welding wires, or related equipment.

You will travel to meet clients, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate order execution with internal teams to drive repeat business

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales.
• Experience in Welding Electrodes, Welding Wires, Industrial Equipment, or related manufacturing products preferred.
• Strong experience in handling industrial clients and dealer/customer networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Delhi/NCR industrial market.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
