Job summary

Konica Automation is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Sales & Service Engineer with 2 to 5 years of proven success in selling and servicing Industrial Automation Products, including VFDs, PLCs, HMIs and Servo Systems. The role focuses on growing the customer base and building strong partnerships across India.

The candidate should travel extensively within India, demonstrate excellent communication, and possess a strong sales mindset to achieve targets and foster long-term client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in selling Industrial Automation Products.
• Strong understanding of VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and Servo Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales plans to drive growth in assigned accounts/territories/industries to meet sales targets.
• Acquire new customers and expand the client base.
• Establish and nurture business partnerships.
• Develop sales plans for new or dormant customers in the territory/industry.
• Develop prospect lists and maintain active funnel to satisfy targets.
• Attend daily sales calls in assigned accounts/territories/industries.
• Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts or territories.

• Develop prospect list for sales opportunities Maintain active funnel in order to satisfy sales targets
• Undertake daily sales calls in assigned accounts/ territories/industries.
• Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts or territories.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate should be well conversant and must have basic knowledge of VFDs, Servos, HMI and basic wiring Programming, Simulation and Testing.
