ProcDNA is seeking a skilled Data Engineer focusing on data visualization and ETL/warehousing. You will design dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, translate business needs into technical specs, and optimize performance while ensuring data accuracy within pharma data models. collaboration with stakeholders and junior team members is essential.

You will work with cloud data warehouses and modern ETL pipelines, contributing to scalable analytics solutions for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI development.
• Experience in managing client stakeholders and junior team members.
• Background in Life Science clients is mandatory.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake; proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data visualizations.
• Optimize dashboard performance and follow best practices for data visualization.
• Strong understanding of Pharma data models (HCP, HCO, Patient, Territory, Product, Payer, Specialty Pharmacy).
• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines or underlying code to enhance the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Conduct peer reviews and guide junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our Tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization using Tableau. He should have a strong hold on ETL and Data warehousing. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver insightful and scalable dashboards that drive decision-making.
