Job summary

ProcDNA in Bangalore seeks an Engagement Lead to guide data-driven client engagements. You’ll translate complex analytics into strategic actions, model data with modern tools, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact for healthcare and pharma clients.

Use Excel, SQL or Python, Tableau, SAS, R and Alteryx to craft insights, mentor Team Leads, and manage multiple projects with stakeholders in a fast-paced global firm.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of consulting experience.
• Experience in statistical analysis, forecasting, market sizing, segmentation and deriving insights from large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders with a quality mindset.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare/pharma industry, market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with minimal direction.

• Ability to work on and manage multiple projects formultiple stakeholders, with a quality mindset
• Deep understanding of their Industry, includingmarket trends, regulatory frameworks, andcompetitive landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,essential for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically withminimal direction.
