Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Tech team in India. The ideal candidate will specialize in Tableau visualizations, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing, with a strong focus on performance optimization and stakeholder collaboration.

You will design dashboards, translate business requirements into technical specs, and work with cloud data warehouses like Redshift, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI development.
• Prior experience in managing client stakeholders and junior team members.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create data visualizations that are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Optimize dashboard performance and implement best practices for data visualization.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines or underlying code to enhance data warehouse system
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends.
