What Are We Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our Tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization using Tableau. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver insightful and scalable dashboards that drive decision‑making.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and data‑warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Tableau Server/Online for publishing and managing dashboards.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize dashboard load times.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience integrating Tableau with other BI tools or platforms is preferable.
