Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Tech team in Gurgaon/Pune, India. The role focuses on data visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization using Tableau, with strong ETL and data warehousing responsibilities.

You will work with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver scalable dashboards, optimize data flows, and ensure data accuracy. Experience with Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and data modeling is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on Tableau/Power BI development experience.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and junior team members.
• Extensive experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and actionable data visualizations.
• Optimize dashboard performance and apply data visualization best practices.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines and data warehouse code.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver insightful and scalable dashboards that drive decision-making.

Required SkillsQualifications:
