Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a skilled BI professional to transform raw data into insightful dashboards and reports. You will blend multiple data sources, deliver analytics solutions, and ensure governance and security across platforms.

You will work with global teams to create compelling visualizations in Power BI, lead multiple projects, and mentor junior members. Pharma domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in BI and visualization tools.
• Deep understanding of Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
• Expertise in creating complex charts using Power BI or other BI tools.
• Proficient in managing Power BI workspaces, permissions, and server administration.
• Strong analytical and debugging abilities with business processes.
• Project management, team management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Domain knowledge of pharma is a plus.

• Mentor and develop team members.

Must have:

• 2-6year of experience in Business Intelligence & Visualization tools like PBI development, enhancement, and migration.
• Deep understanding of PBI tool functions, limitations, and hidden features, SQL and data modelling.
• Expertise in creating complex charts using Power BI or any other BI tool.
• Proficient in managing users, groups, projects, workbooks, and permissions for Tableauserver security.
• Skilled in PBI server installation, configuration, migration, upgrade, Workspace handling and cloud administration.
• Excellent analytical and debugging abilities, with a quick grasp of business processes to develop effective technical solutions.
• Project management, team management and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Domain knowledge of the pharma landscape is an added advantage.
