Job summary

OrangeMantra is seeking a smart, consultative Inbound Sales Specialist with experience in IT services and AI-based solutions. You will handle inbound leads, understand business challenges, and recommend AI, automation, data, and digital solutions along with traditional IT services.

You will qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with pre-sales and AI/tech teams to design solutions, while preparing proposals and maintaining the sales pipeline in CRM.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of inbound sales experience in IT services/tech company.
• Experience selling AI or digital transformation solutions is a big plus.
• Proven track record of closing inbound deals.
• Smart, proactive, and business-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads for IT services & AI solutions.
