Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• Certification in Import-Export Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete import operations from shipment initiation to final clearance.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipment schedules and required documentation.
• Review and verify import documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Documents, and other statutory paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and government policies.
• Coordinate with customs clearing agents for timely clearance of shipments.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve operational delays or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and regulatory documents.
• Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, clearance timelines, and operational performance.
• Monitor changes in import regulations and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
