Job summary

MACOM in India is seeking an import logistics executive to manage documentation, Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, and Bill of Lading. You will coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters for import shipments.

You will track shipments from dispatch to delivery, ensure timely clearance, and maintain import records while coordinating with internal teams such as Purchase, Accounts, Stores and Production.

Responsibilities

• Handle import documentation including Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading/AWB and related documents
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters for import shipments
• Track import shipments from dispatch to delivery and ensure timely clearance
• Prepare and maintain import & logistics records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal Purchase, Accounts, Stores and Production teams
