• Review import documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Insurance Documents.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs, and government policies.
• Coordinate with customs clearing agents for timely shipments.
• Track shipment status and resolve delays or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of import transactions and regulatory documents.
• Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, clearance timelines, and performance.
• Monitor changes in import regulations and ensure adherence.
