Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipment schedules and required documentation.
Review and verify import documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Documents, and other statutory paperwork.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and government policies.
Coordinate with customs clearing agents for timely clearance of shipments.
Track shipment status and proactively resolve operational delays or documentation issues.
Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and regulatory documents.
Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, clearance timelines, and operational performance.
Monitor changes in import regulations and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
