• Negotiate freight rates and logistics contracts to optimize costs.
• Handle claims, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and procurement for shipment planning.
• Maintain records of logistics costs, shipment status, and compliance.

• Prepare and verify all export-import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bills, and related documents.
• Monitor customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to management and customers.
• Negotiate freight rates and logistics contracts to optimize transportation costs.
• Handle claims, shipment discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
