Job summary

AR Gold Private Limited, Mumbai, seeks a hands-on Import–Export Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end export/import operations. The role covers export invoice preparation, customs duties, freight bookings and liaison with CHA, shipping lines and freight forwarders.

The ideal candidate will handle DGFT compliance, maintain transaction records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and documentation. Experience in jewellery manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any) or Diploma in Import–Export preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in import–export operations.
• Hands-on experience with export invoices, packing lists and documentation.
• Knowledge of DGFT rules, customs duties and compliance requirements.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and related documentation
• Handle import and export shipments end-to-end
• Calculate customs duty and coordinate with CHA
• Book freight and manage sea shipment logistics
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Track shipment status and ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and export regulations
• Maintain records of all import–export transactions
• Handle bill of lading, shipping bills, and related documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and documentation
• Resolve shipment-related issues and discrepancies

Required Skills & Knowledge
