Job summary

Bigwig Ship Management is seeking an Executive - Imports in Vapi to manage end-to-end import operations. You will handle domestic and international sourcing, PO creation, vendor management, import documentation, customs clearance, CHA, freight, and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in Export and Import Management and hands-on experience with ERP systems, DGFT/IEC compliance, and cost negotiation with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Export and Import Management is required.
• Experience with ERP systems and import documentation.
• Knowledge of DGFT/IEC compliance and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international sourcing, PO creation and vendor management.
• Prepare import documentation and ensure customs clearance and CHA liaison.
• Coordinate freight, logistics, and timely material delivery.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers and optimize ERP workflows.
