Mipalloy is seeking an Export-Import Executive with strong knowledge of import and export documentation, DGFT licensing, and trade incentives. The role reports to the compliance team and focuses on optimizing cash flow through GST refunds/LUT filings and duty-benefit programs.
You will manage license lifecycles (Advance Authorization, EPCG), EO obligations, and EODC, while coordinating with CHAs and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance and accurate documentation for international
An Export-Import Executive with specialized knowledge in Import & Export Documentation, government schemes & trade agreements, manage trade compliance, handles duty-free license lifecycles (Advance Authorization, EPCG), files export incentives (RoDTEP, RoSCTL), and processes GST refunds/LUT filings to optimize company cash flow and statutory trade operations.
Prepare and apply for DGFT Advance Licenses and Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) authorizations.
Map Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) to match raw material consumption and capital goods imports.
Track export obligation (EO) progress against statutory timelines to ensure legal compliance.
File redemption applications and secure Export Obligation Discharge Certificates (EODC) upon completion.
File claims and manage realizations under schemes like RoDTEP and RoSCTL.
Manage GST compliance for exports, including Letter of Undertaking (LUT) filings and zero-rated supply invoicing.
Process and track input tax credit (ITC) refunds or IGST refund claims on exported goods via the ICEGATE/GST portal.
Maintain accurate financial ledgers tracking duty scrip generation, transfers, and utilization.
Handle complete sets of pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin).
Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth clearance.
Process electronic Bank Realization Certificates (eBRC) and manage bank negotiations for trade finance.
Audit duty calculations, tariffs, and HS codes to prevent clearance delays or regulatory penalties.
