Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a skilled Import & Export Operations professional to manage end-to-end processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance for shipments.

The role requires coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch, accurate shipping documents, and adherence to DGFT, GST and customs requirements.

Experience in monitoring inventory and resolving delays or discrepancies will be valued.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end import and export processes including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods in compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, rtificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments like procurement, finance, and production for shipment planning.
• Monitor inventory levels related to imported/exported goods.
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
