Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Ensure DGFT, Customs, GST, and other regulatory requirements are met.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for shipment planning.
• Monitor inventory levels related to imported/exported goods and track shipments.
• Resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
