Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a proactive Import & Export Operations specialist to manage end-to-end shipping, documentation, and regulatory compliance from Bengaluru and beyond. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure accurate paperwork, on-time dispatch, and adherence to international trade laws.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of DGFT, GST, and customs procedures, and the ability to resolve issues quickly to keep

Qualifications

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Import & Export Operations

Handle end-to-end import and export processes including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.

Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods in compliance with international trade laws and company policies.

Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, rtificates of origin, and customs declarations.

Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other regulatory requirements.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with suppliers, customers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with internal departments like procurement, finance, and production for shipment planning.

Inventory & Logistics Management:

Monitor inventory levels related to imported/exported goods.

Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
