Qualifications

• Experience in handling import/export processes and end-to-end shipments.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers, customers, brokers, and logistics partners.
• Understanding of inventory and shipment planning across departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import and export processes including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods in compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments like procurement, finance, and production for shipment planning.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Monitor inventory levels related to imported/exported goods.
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
