Job summary

Iween Software Solutions in Bangalore is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage product deployments, client onboarding, and ongoing customer support for SaaS travel platforms. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, deliver product demonstrations, train users, and ensure successful go-lives while maintaining thorough documentation and proactive client communication.

Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Iween Software Solutions' products.
• Deploy SaaS travel portals for domestic and international clients.
• Configure API Credentials and portal settings.
• Coordinate project implementation activities and share regular project status updates with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and issue resolution.
• Visit client locations, when required, for implementation, training, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with Technology, QA and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Understand client business requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and user training sessions.
• Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, ownership, and timely follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Implementation, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Travel or Travel Technology industry.
• Hands-on experience with B2B and B2C travel platforms.
• Experience supporting domestic and international clients.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems, fare management, and SaaS platforms.
• Prior experience in customer onboarding and software implementation projects.
