Job summary

Iween Software Solutions is seeking a proactive Implementation Specialist to manage product deployments, client onboarding, and training for SaaS travel portals. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Iween Software Solutions' products.
• Deploy SaaS travel portals for domestic and international clients.
• Configure API credentials and portal settings.
• Coordinate project implementation activities and share regular project status updates with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and issue resolution.
• Visit client locations, when required, for implementation, training, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with Technology, QA and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Understand client business requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and user training sessions.
• Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, ownership, and timely follow-ups.

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Implementation Specialist to manage product deployments, client onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing customer support.
