Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bengaluru for an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end software implementation processes, collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform to meet client‑specific needs, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption. You will address client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize the client onboarding experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in software implementation and proficiency with related tools and technologies
