Job summary

Axldrone India Private Limited is seeking a Solution Lead to provide functional and technical expertise to define, plan, and support implementations across applications. You will drive impact assessments, estimates, and delivery, leveraging your experience in system implementation, IT strategy, and PMO.

The role involves gathering requirements, delivering proofs of concept, coordinating with Delivery Leads, Developers, and QA, and guiding solutions from pre-sales to go-live.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients to develop effective solutions.
• Organize, plan, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Translate solutions into meaningful experiments supported by business cases.
• Oversee technical scoping, design, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including business cases, first-call decks, marketing materials, and reusable assets.
• Prepare and present solution propositions and materials to customers.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Delivery Leads, Developers, and QA teams, to align solutions with client needs.
• Provide client feedback to the broader team to enhance product development.
• Collaborate with developers, leadership, and architects to bring strategic technical visions to life.

• Strong grasp of business and technology processes, software implementation, and enterprise solutions.
