Pluxee is hiring a Local Operations Analyst to join our team in shaping a data-driven, compliant, and efficient payments and fulfillment ecosystem. You will support monitoring, reporting, and optimization of payment-related operations across a local entity, working with Finance, Customer Care, Technology, and vendors.

The role emphasizes operational analysis, process improvements, and governance reporting, with hybrid work patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/operations or related field.
• 2+ years in operational analysis or payment operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in English; local language may be helpful for local roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational activities, service levels, KPIs and performance indicators.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Track incidents, delays, and service disruptions; support follow-up.

The Local Operations Analyst

The Local Operations Analyst supports the execution, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of payment and means-of-payment operational activities within a country or local entity. The role contributes to operational performance tracking, operational controls, reconciliation support, incident follow-up, reporting activities, and process analysis related to digital cards, plastic cards, voucher operations, production coordination, fulfillment, and operational service delivery. The role works closely with Local Operations Managers, operational teams, Finance, Customer Care, Technology, vendors, and operational partners to support efficient, compliant, and data-driven operational management.

• Operational Monitoring & ReportingMonitor operational activities, service levels, operational KPIs, and operational performance indicators.Prepare operational reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and operational analyses.Track operational incidents, delays, service disruptions, and operational anomalies.Support operational follow-up related to fulfillment, production coordination, distribution, and operational processing activities.Contribute to operational visibility and operational governance reporting.
• Operational Analysis & Process SupportAnalyze operational workflows, operational data, and operational performance trends.Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.Support implementation of operational process improvements and optimization initiatives.Assist with operational documentation, process mapping, and operational procedure updates.Support operational testing and validation activities when required.
• Operational Controls & ComplianceSupport execution of operational controls and verification activities.Ensure operational records, reconciliations, and reporting activities remain accurate and traceable.Contribute to operational audits, compliance reviews, and remediation follow-up activities.Monitor adherence to operational procedures and governance standards.Escalate operational risks, anomalies, or process deviations when identified.
• Stakeholder Coordination & SupportCollaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Care, Payment, Technology, and vendor teams.Support coordination with production partners, logistics providers, and operational vendors.Provide operational analysis and reporting support for operational governance meetings.Contribute to operational communication and service coordination activities.Support operational knowledge sharing and documentation maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational EfficiencyContribute to operational optimization and automation initiatives.Support standardization of operational reporting and governance practices.Assist in improving operational tools, dashboards, and monitoring processes.Promote operational accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.Support continuous improvement of operational methodologies and controls.

YOU ARE A MATCH IF...

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
• Work Experience:2+ years of experience in operational analysis, payment operations, operational reporting, or financial services operations.Experience within operational environments involving payment products, fulfillment, logistics, or operational controls is preferred.Exposure to operational KPI monitoring and reporting activities is considered an advantage.
• Skills & Certifications:Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Experience with operational reporting, reconciliations, and operational data analysis.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required.
• Languages:For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.For local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required.For local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required. English is considered an advantage as it supports communication, learning, and collaboration in a multinational context.
