Pluxee India Private Ltd is hiring a Customer Care Analyst in Bengaluru to support client interactions and feedback loops. You will handle incoming requests with guideline adherence, maintain your own backlog of actions and emails, and contribute to customer-centric service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have basic exposure to customer care tools and digital platforms, with strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

• First experience in Customer Care or possibly as receptionist or personal assistant
