CIEL Skills and Careers Pvt Ltd (a CIEL HR Group Company) is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for automotive and manufacturing plant roles in Gurugram. You will coordinate with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive recruitment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive/Manufacturing plant roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
• Handle interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Hands on exp. with ATS and ensure timely closures. Preferably worked on the PeopleStrong ATS.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
