Job summary

Ashkom in Mumbai seeks an Implant Executive for Supply Chain & Automation with 2-5 years of experience. You will develop Excel/Macros/VBA and Power BI automation for customer master data and volume planning, and manage customer master data including EAN, P-code and vendor codes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

You will analyze store OOS issues, coordinate with customers to achieve 97%+ 3-Day OSA, and prepare M-2 planning with VPS, sharing weekly LBEs with the Demand Planning team

Qualifications

• Excel/Macros/VBA and Power BI automation for customer master data and volume planning.
• Manage customer master data, including EAN updates, P-code inclusion, release codes and vendor codes.
• Analyse and resolve store OOS issues through RCA of supply, MBQ and mapping gaps.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure 97%+ 3-Day OSA through PO management, stock deployment and shipment coordination.
• Prepare M-2 planning as per VPS and share weekly LBEs with the Demand Planning team.
• Perform SAMBC reconciliation and share weekly updates with customers.
• Analyse supply chain losses and recommend effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Excel/Macros/VBA and Power BI automation for data accuracy.
• Maintain customer master data including EANs and vendor codes.
• Investigate store stock-outs and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate PO, stock deployment and shipments to hit OSA targets.
• Prepare weekly planning outputs and liaise with Demand Planning.
• Reconcile SAMBC data and share updates with customers.

• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
