Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analytics AM / Manager to drive financial analytics and reporting for our healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role will own end-to-end analytics, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making for both internal leadership and US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare RCM, financial reporting, and data analytics, with a focus on driving efficiency, automation, and revenue improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analytics & Client Insights: Architect, build, and oversee standard and ad-hoc financial models to analyze gross/net revenue collection, bad debt, and yield optimization. Translate complex RCM datasets into clear, strategic presentations for US-based healthcare clients.
• RCM Performance & Revenue Improvement: Drive deep-dive variance analysis on key RCM performance indicators including Days in AR, Discharged Not Final Billed (DNFB), First-Pass Clean Claim Rates (FPCCR), and net collection margins.
• Denial & Remittance Intelligence: Build automated analytical frameworks to dissect 837/835 EDI transactions, tracking root-cause denial trends by payer, specialty, and reason code to proactively recover leaked revenue.
• Data Engineering & Automation: Design, maintain, and scale robust interactive dashboards using business intelligence platforms to serve as a single source of truth for RCM health. Lead initiatives to eliminate manual, spreadsheet-heavy reporting across the organization.

Skill Sets

• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), billing lifecycles, provider reimbursement models, and financial ledger/collections reconciliation.
• Data Visualization: Expert proficiency in Power BI or Tableau (advanced DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design layouts).
• Database Management: Strong SQL proficiency to handle mass data extraction, manipulation, and performance troubleshooting across relational databases.
• Advanced Spreadsheets: Master-level Excel capabilities (complex nesting logic, Power Query, macros/VBA for rapid prototyping).
• Leadership & Communication: Superior verbal and visual communication skills to confidently present data stories to international clients and internal executive directors.
