Responsibilities

• Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Working with Development team to support on SQL and data.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and automate recurring reports to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor key business KPIs and present findings to leadership and management teams.
• Partner with IT, operations, finance, sales, and other departments to support data-driven initiatives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities through analytical models.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics capabilities within the team.

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager - Business Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business performance, developing actionable insights, creating dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools. The candidate will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights, business intelligence that support strategic and operational objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements

• Experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business improvements through data-driven insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is desirable.
