Job summary

R1 is seeking a Lead Associate (4S) - Target Balance - Data Analytics to create and execute SQL reports, develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and perform deep-dive analyses to drive business insights within the healthcare revenue cycle domain. You will collect data using SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools; ensure data accuracy; and support data platform enhancements.

This role is based in India, with teams across Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RCM Operations and data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present clear reasoning.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and advanced Excel for data extraction and analysis.
