Creative Hands HR is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end data & analytics implementations for US healthcare clients from Hyderabad. You will own client onboarding, data integration, mapping, and analytics delivery with hands-on technical proficiency.

The role requires deep experience with T-SQL, AWS, Azure data platforms, and familiarity with US RCMS systems (EPIC, Meditech, Cerner). Strong stakeholder management and offshore/onshore collaboration are essential.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedImplementation Managerwith strongdata, analytics, and healthcare domainexpertiseto leadend-to-endimplementations of data and analytics solutions forUS Healthcare clients. This role requires hands-on technicalproficiencyalong with strong ownership ofclient onboarding, data integration, mapping, and analytics delivery.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience working withTSQL, AWS, Azure data platforms, large datasets, andUS Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Systems (RCMS). Prior exposure toPM systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerneranddata mapping between operational systems and analytics platformsis highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manageendtoendimplementationof data and analytics solutions for US healthcare clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact forclient onboarding, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
• Design and overseedata integration pipelinesfrom PM systems and source data into analytics platforms.
• Define andvalidatedata mapping rulesbetween:
  • PM systems (EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, etc.)
  • Revenue Cycle source systems
  • Analytics and reporting applications

Providehands-on guidance and review of:

• TSQL development
• ETL workflows
• Data transformations and performance optimization
• Work extensively withlarge datasets, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and data integrity.
• UseAWS and Azure servicesto support implementation and analytics use cases.
• Drivedata analytics, reporting, KPIs, and metrics aligned to RCMS operational needs.
• Ensure implementation milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams, architects, analysts, and QA.
• Communicate regularly with US stakeholders, providing status updates and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and healthcare best practices.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)
