WE ARE HIRING

We are looking for experienced Team Leads with proven team-handling expertise and strong exposure to US Healthcare RCM operations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Experience as a Team Lead or minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Team Lead (on paper).
• Proven experience in team handling and people management.
  Hands-on experience managing team (AR Voice End-to-End RCM).
• Strong exposure to productivity, quality, performance management, and escalation management.
• Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM is preferred.
