Job summary
Prochant India Pvt Ltd in Chennai is hiring for AR Caller/Senior AR Caller (US Healthcare) with 2 to 5 years of experience. This is a full-time night shift role supporting US healthcare revenue cycle management and AR calling.
You will handle AR calling in infusion billing or DME contexts, work with the RCM process and CPT/ICD codes, and collaborate with a team to drive accuracy and performance.
Qualifications
- Recent AR calling experience (Infusion billing or DME) or US medical billing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of RCM, denial management, CPT/ICD codes preferred.
- Willingness to work in night US timing shifts.
- Basic computer and system navigation skills.
