Job summary

Prochant is seeking a highly experienced RCM leader to oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations for a 300+ FTE delivery team. You will drive payer compliance, ensure claim accuracy, and prevent denials while guiding a strategy to scale RCM efficiency.

You will mentor senior managers, shape the RCM roadmap, and partner with clients to transform processes through automation and workflow tools, in a fast-growing US healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of US healthcare RCM experience.
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing managers and large delivery teams.
• Deep expertise across the full RCM lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer rules.
• Proven track record in operational transformation and client engagement.
