Prochant seeks an Associate Director - Training (On-the-Job Training) to lead the design and implementation of structured OJT programs within its US healthcare RCM operations. The role partners with senior executives to align training with corporate strategy and performance goals, while steering a team of instructional designers and trainers.

This senior leader will own training architecture, governance, and impact measurement, driving automation and process improvements across the program

Qualifications

• 15+ years of US healthcare RCM operations experience.
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing managers and large delivery teams.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Deep expertise across the full RCM lifecycle (Intake, EV, PA, Billing, AR).

• Designing and standardizing structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Job Instruction Training (JIT), and strategic job rotation programs.
