Responsibilities

• Contribute to the daily operations of IKEA Food areas (Restaurant, Bistro, Kitchen, or Swedish Food Market)
• Act on customer feedback and continuously look for ways to improve the food experience
• Ensure global and national compliance and food safety standards are implemented and maintained
• Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA Retail Food and promote a safe, healthy, sustainable, joyful food experience
• Support and apply retail foundations and sales steering tools to optimize sales and results
• Work proactively to exceed customer expectations and create a welcoming, efficient environment
• Contribute to the unit business plan and IKEA Retail Food goals through daily operations and teamwork
• Take responsibility for own learning and development, and contribute to building a high-performing team
• Support IKEA's sustainability goals by reducing waste and promoting environmentally friendly practices
