Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sr Analyst in I&F Decision Sci to deliver HR reporting and analytics in Bengaluru. You will design and execute standard and ad hoc HR reports, extract and transform data, and build dashboards using Workday, SAP, SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

You will provide SME support, ensure data quality, document data flows, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Strong reporting and analytics capabilities in HR domain are preferred.
• Experience with HR data tools and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications.
• Provide SME support
• Extract, transform and prepare data from HR tools for reporting and analysis
• Build and maintain reports on Workday or SAP, Advanced SQL + Workbench, ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, Cognos, Snowflake, SSRS, GlobalScape, MS Access, Smartsheet, WebApps, Tableau
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and support decision-making with relevant insights
• Support dashboard creation or maintenance using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing
• Maintain clear documentation for report logic, transformation steps, and data sources
• Collaborate with team members and respond to data or reporting queries from stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks
• Follow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling
