Job summary

Accenture in India Bengaluru is seeking an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Sr Analyst to lead hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, including recurring and ad hoc requests. The role requires strong technical skills in Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA/Power Query, and a keen eye for data integrity.

In this role will be responsible for the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, including both standard (recurring) and ad hoc (one-time) reporting requests. This role will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant reporting outcomes. The role requires strong technical skills in tools like Power BI; Advanced Excel; VBA/Power Query with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
