Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Analytics practitioner to design, develop, and deliver HR reports from Workday and other HR systems. You will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely and accurate insights for decision making.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel/VBA skills, and familiarity with Workday reporting. Night shifts (US hours) will be required to support global reporting cycles from Bengaluru.

The person in this role will be responsible for the hands‑on development, and delivery of HR reports, including both standard (recurring) and ad hoc (one‑time) reporting requests.
