Accenture is seeking an HR Analytics practitioner to design, develop, and deliver HR reports from Workday and other HR systems. You will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely and accurate insights for decision making.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel/VBA skills, and familiarity with Workday reporting. Night shifts (US hours) will be required to support global reporting cycles from Bengaluru.

The role requires strong HR Reporting Knowledge & technical skills in tools like Advanced Excel; VBA/PowerQuery with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. Familiarity with Workday reporting is desirable. The individual must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes. The person in this role will be responsible for the hands‑on development, and delivery of HR reports, including both standard (recurring) and ad hoc (one‑time) reporting requests. This role will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business‑relevant reporting outcomes.

• Collaborate with team members and respond to data/reporting queries from stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks
• Follow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling
• Work in Night shifts (US hours) to support global reporting cycles and client time zones
