Job summary

Anemo Prime Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead HVAC/MEP service operations, supervise engineers and site teams, and ensure quality and timely maintenance activities.

You will coordinate with clients, plan resources, review maintenance records, and support commercial activities such as quotations and AMC requirements. The role requires strong troubleshooting, client communication, and willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP engineering services.
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or building HVAC projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong experience in service operations and team management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HVAC/MEP service and maintenance operations.
• Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and site teams.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and coordinate resolution of HVAC and mechanical equipment issues.
• Coordinate with clients for service requests, complaints, and technical requirements.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and resources for service activities.
• Monitor service calls and ensure timely closure of complaints.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support whenever required.
• Prepare and review service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, design, and other internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance and support.
• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support service-related commercial activities, quotations, and AMC requirements when required.
