Job summary

This role involves field‑based activities including system installation, commissioning, maintenance, and AMC, as well as the preparation of technical reports and project documentation. The candidate must be open to travel across regions as part of client servicing and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance, Installation & Commissioning:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and associated electronics.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

System Knowledge & Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot control systems and sensor integration issues.
• Understand and work with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Provide onsite technical support and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Client Interaction & Mobility:

• Visit client sites for system audits, installation, and servicing.
• Travel across regions for site execution, client coordination, and commissioning support.

Work Conditions:

• Primarily field‑based role with frequent travel for site visits, client meetings, and service activities.
• Candidate should be open to working in varied locations as per project requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to HVAC control systems and BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Schneider, or Siemens.
• Experience working with sensors, actuators, and electronic controllers used in HVAC systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address onsite issues promptly.
