• Support AMC activities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to AHUs, Chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split and package AC units, cooling towers, ventilation systems, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing activities.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients when required.
