Job summary

Dustech Engineers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with HVAC experience to drive sales across the West Gujarat region. You will promote products such as Ducting, Duct Dampers, Blowers, AHU, Air Washer, Axial Fans, Industrial Fans and HVAC systems, and build relationships with contractors, consultants and industrial clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and industrial clients.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
• Handle site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups to secure orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for design, costing, and project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, and order status.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
