Job summary

Across Engitech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Engineer to generate business opportunities for HVAC and industrial projects in the NCR and Gujarat regions.

The role includes project lead generation, client meetings, technical-commercial coordination, quotations, order closure, and relationship management with contractors, consultants, builders, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in Project Sales or HVAC sales.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Any Graduate with relevant HVAC / Project Sales experience can also apply.

Responsibilities

Generate new project inquiries through site visits, networking, references, and market research.
Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, builders, and industrial clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and provide HVAC solutions.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Projects teams for technical proposals and quotations.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close project orders.
Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Store, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution.
Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and project pipeline records.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Engineer to generate business opportunities for HVAC and industrial projects in the NCR and Gujarat regions. The role involves project lead generation, client meetings, technical-commercial coordination, quotation follow-ups, order closure, and relationship management with contractors, consultants, builders, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new project inquiries through site visits, networking, references, and market research.
Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, builders, and industrial clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Projects teams for technical proposals and commercial quotations.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close project orders.
Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Store, and Dispatch teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and project pipeline records.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Experience

1-5 years of experience in Project Sales, HVAC Sales, MEP Sales, Industrial Sales, or B2B Project Sales
