Job summary

SkilledSquad Consulting in Delhi seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead central HVAC projects across multiple sites. You will plan, schedule, and supervise site engineers and supervisors, ensuring timely invoicing and strong cash flow.

The role requires 8–10 years in construction/MEP, B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical), leadership, travel within India, and a hands-on approach to site execution under project specifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Willing to travel within India.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be a good leader.
• Hands on experience of site execution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution of Central Airconditioning / HVAC projects at various locations.
• Lead a team of site engineers and supervisors across 4-5 projects.
• Ensure timely customer invoicing including payment follow-ups to secure cash flow on the project.
• Prepare techno-commercial comparisons for procurement.
• Conduct weekly progress review meetings.
• Develop a detailed project schedule and resource allocation plan and monitor it.
• Ensure technical submittals inline with project specifications and obtain timely approvals.

Job Description Job Summary : Incumbent will be responsible for :

• i) Project Planning and Execution of Central Airconditioning/ HVAC
• projects at various locations
• ii) Handling and leading a team of Site engineers and supervisors
• across 4-5 projects
• iii) Timely Customer Invoicing including payment follow-ups to ensure
• postitive cash flows on the project.
• iv) Prepare Techno - Commercial Comparatives for Procurement.
