Job summary

Hester in Gujarat is seeking a HVAC maintenance technician to install and routinely maintain HVAC systems at an interior site. You will follow SOP/SMP, perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and patch issues in heaters, refrigerators, and cooling gadgets.

The role requires knowledge of wiring, fabrication, welding, and the use of Microsoft Office, BMS/EMS software; a diploma in mechanical engineering or ITI in RFM/Fitter; cgmp awareness and ISO auditing knowledge, with on-site duties in

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI RFM / Fitter.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and service.
• cGMP compliance knowledge and ISO auditing awareness.

Responsibilities

• Installation and routine maintenance of HVAC equipment at an interior site.
• Compliance with SOP and SMP.
• Regular preventive maintenance and calibration/validation of equipment.
• Time to time calibration & validation of equipment.
• Regular evaluation of gadgets to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshooting and patching issues in heaters, refrigerators and other HVAC gadgets
• Reviewing wiring to install equipment and ensure proper connections
• Maintaining equipment and devices used in HVAC operations
• Advising on purchase of required hardware
• Understanding tools and hardware related to HVAC operations
• Knowledge of push-button controls used in HVAC processes
• Understanding welding, soldering, fabrication, and brazing
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Role & responsibilities

• Installation and routine maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment in an interior site
• Compliance and following of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedure).
• Regular preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Time to time calibration & validation of equipment.
• Regular evaluation of the gadgets to see that they are performing optimally
• Determine and patch issues emerging in heaters, refrigerators and also additional heating system as well as cooling gadgets
• Reviewing and also grasping the wiring of the structure in order to set up the equipment.
