Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC in Gujarat invites a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our facility. ITI or Diploma with 1–4 years' experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC systems is required. Familiarity with AHU, chillers, cooling towers, and cGMP is preferred.

You will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance, fault finding, safety compliance, and coordination with engineers to ensure reliable facility operations and prompt response to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• ITI or diploma with 1–4 years in HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with AHU, chillers, cooling towers and VRF/VRV systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operation and electrical/mechanical maintenance of HVAC equipment and maintaining activity reports.
• Fault finding and rectification of HVAC systems; perform preventive maintenance and document results.
• Coordinate with engineers and cross-functional teams to observe deficiencies and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly; collaborate with staff for integrated facility support.
• Participate in emergency response activities and after-hours support as required.

• HVAC System Operation & Maintenance - Intermediate

Operation, Electrical/ Mechanical maintenance of HVAC equipment & maintain activity reports

Fault finding & rectification of HVAC system. Breakdown and Preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and maintain activity reports.

Co-ordinate with engineer and CFT for observe deficiency in HVAC system functioning. Follow cGMP for the perform activity and recording of data.

Adhere to safety protocols at all times, not only for your own well-being but also to ensure the safety of others.

Respond to maintenance requests and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly. Ensure all operations comply with safety codes, regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff for integrated facility support.

Participate in emergency response activities and after-hours support as required.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and elevate complex problems to senior technicians or external contractors as needed

Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 1-4 Years.
